Please read these terms carefully before using Zeerab Store services.

Customer Terms & Conditions

  1. 1. Card EligibilityThe Zeerab Payback Card is for Pakistani citizens/residents aged 18+. Non-transferable and for personal use only.
  2. 2. Card Price & DeliveryPriced at Rs. 3,000. Free delivery across Pakistan within 2-3 working days from payment verification.
  3. 3. Card ValidityValid for one (1) year from activation. Renewal available at discounted rate. Expired cards forfeit all benefits.
  4. 4. Payback Policy50% payback on purchases at certified Zeerab partner merchants. Minimum purchase Rs. 10,000 per transaction (except medicines).
  5. 5. Medicine ExceptionPharmacy/medicine purchases are exempt from the Rs. 10,000 minimum. All other categories require minimum purchase.
  6. 6. Monthly Returns2% monthly return on card investment over 25 months, in addition to 50% purchase payback.
  7. 7. Card Usage RulesPhysical card must be presented at merchant counter. Digital/photo copies not accepted. Report lost/stolen cards immediately.
  8. 8. Merchant AvailabilityBenefits valid only at certified Zeerab partners. Zeerab reserves the right to add/remove merchants without prior notice.
  9. 9. Refund PolicyCard fee of Rs. 3,000 is non-refundable once processed and dispatched. Manufacturing defects get free replacement.
  10. 10. Dispute ResolutionDisputes must be reported within 30 days of transaction. Zeerab mediates but management decision is final.
